2. Bidding and Purchases

All bids placed on our auction platform are binding. If you win an auction, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase. All proceeds are directed toward the specific impact category (Students, Families, or Staff) associated with the item.

3. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Any accounts found providing false residency, contact, or affiliation data may be suspended without notice.

4. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your contact information is used solely for order fulfillment and community notifications as selected in your account settings. We do not sell user data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Community Impact provides this platform as a service to connect donors with those in need. We are not liable for the condition of physical goods donated by third parties, though we strive for quality control in all kits and items.
